First go to the exit of SXJ (where the road is) now CG the wall on the left hand side to get on a small ledge behind there. (you could also ob and ride around the side to get on the ledge) from this ledge WJG over to another smaller ledge. again wjg into the corner of the escalator room and you can jump in.
