This can be done in any level that has water and makes the splash sound when you ollie and has a rail near by.
You just ollie from the water onto a rail and at the end of the rail once you go off it ollie and you will here the water sound. you have to justgo off the end of the rail you can't just ollie off. this can be done in just about every level.
