In story mode either as soon as you beat the game or when Iggy is near the entrance hit him so he falls and his board goes flying. If you do it right after you beat the game so he is ontop of the snakerun it's beter. now staying near him turn your camera. The skate board should be floationg in air. when you turn your camera near the board the screen goes all crazy from the graphics of the board. if you do it just right you can make the sky do the same thing.
