First find the liqour store and get on the roof. now cg the left side and you will fall into the store. now cg again to get outside of LA. once outside you can skate on a piece of the highway and you can just walk or ride into the greenish car. also from here you can get into a large blue room. Also notice the misplaced car under the level.
