Find this building with the quaterpipe on it. Walk up the quatepipe into the rail if done right you will fall down into the quaterpipe or you will get stuck in a bail. If you get in the bail you can get on your board to get out of it. Also if done right when your in the bail and get on your board you can fall into the walkway.
