First, Goto this manual elevator near the end of the production line for jeeps. Then Natas spin the valve and when you reach the top, Get off your board and set restart on the valve. Wait for the elevator to go back down then Natas it again. When it reaches the top, goto restart then Natas it again. You can go higher and higher by repeating the steps over and over again.
