Find the theater. Now go to the side that I am facing in picture 2. Hang off the edge in the approximate spot that I am on the ledge. Now switch camera so that it is at your face like in picture 3. Now hold down and you will get stuck in this float. You may also get on and off your board to fall into one of the windows above the theater.
