Okay to get on the water here goto the end of the pier. Now go accros onto the buildings accros from the pier. Get on the one that hangs over the water. Now do the OB glitch to get on the water. Just bail manual then goto game options and set cust right on the water. This isnt as big of an area in the water as Oil Rig but it is still cool. If you can make your way around you can get under the pier.

CAUTION: If you go to the sand you might go blind! The sand when you walk onto it is super bright.
