In story mode go to a sleeping spot that is on a ledge or something that isnt on the ground. Now run off the thing (dont jump) and right when u fall off the object press sleep this should make it so u go to sleep but still have the press O to take a load off and just press circle when ever you want to make u stuck. to get out just press start.
