First get on the roof of the entrance. from there ollie over to the top of the sign and as soon as you land on the sign ollie again so you bounce off the invisible wall and onto the sign. now ride to the edge of the sign closest to the level. then slowly ride off. you will get stuck in a http://bgoatclan.com/glitchdatabase/index.php?showtopic=20. now turn and you should go into the room behind the wall. eventually you will float out of the room.
