Glitch Database _ SAN FRANCISCO...California _ Under A Dock

To get under this dock first ob2 in the water near it. Now, ride to the end of it and ride under it after the last pillar. You should be able to get under it. Now, ride up the invisible ramp and you will appear to be in the dock.
