This glitch has not been found online yet but offline it is very simple. Just SCG up to the top when you are directly under the ring around the water and you will end up on the surface riding around.


***ONLINE METHOD NOW FOUND***
To do this Glitch Online start by going to the finish line and jumping over this handrail. Now walk past the blue area and to the right of it. When you WJG you should end up on these rocks. Now just walk down a little ways and you will be able to see the ridable surface. Get in line with that surface and then just jump off the rocks and you will land on the surface.
