First get around the "rewind bitch" restart and go to the cement thing in the middle of the area. now get between the rail and the cement pillar thing and hold down you will kinda bounce back and fourth. now if you turn you will fall thru the level. falling thru the level happens w/ most of the Pillar things if your between the rail.
