Place a rail like in picture one. Then press o on one end and drag it til it turns red. When it turns red raise it all the way up and move it slowly farther til you see a rail sheet appear. When you see the rail sheet you can test player to keep the sheet there or just press down to the tables or up to the team flags(Doing either of those will keep the rail sheet there).
