In CAP go into Resize cap. Now contract all the way to the lowest. now press expand once. Now put all the flags in a corner. Go back into resize and contract to lowest again, while doin this the notice for deleting objects should pop up. say yes and right away press Start to bring the menu up. now wait and boom resize park w/ menu up and press triangle or X to being the menu down . now u can edit cap while menu is up. this glitch can lead to alot of cap glitch park solutions to problems.
