Simply get on top of the Hangar Divider wall. Once on top of the divider wall, skate towards the middle of where the two sides ramps meet and simply do a lip trick. Finally, land the liptrick and if done correctly you will be inside the divider wall (note: there seems to only be collision until about where the ramps end, so be sure to brake after doing the lip so you dont go out of bounds under the level!
