First get to the top of the stage and shimmey on the ledge shown in the pics. you should stop when you hit the walkway above the stage. now jump towards the walkway and then try to shimmey again. if you do it right you will be able to shimmey under the walk way. when you go to get up from the shimmey you will go thru the walkway and be warped onto it.
