Simply Human Bridge Glitch from the Out of Bounds area shown in Pic 1 to get to this random solid road as seen in Pic 2!

(Note; its a little hard to human bridge off somebody from the OB, but if you time it just right it can be done before you hit the out of bounds. Be sure to set a restart in the Out of Bounds before starting the bridge!)
