First find this little plaze area w/ a small pool in the distance behind a fence. now use the near by qp to launch up on the walkway above. now here is the tricky part.

first cg the wall until you go into a float. now set cust and press x twice fast. if you fall out of the cg try it again. now press down until your head is pointing down at an angle. like pointing at the 7 on a clock. now press l1 r1 and x twice all at the same time you should be in a semi walk mode press l1 and r1 again then get back at the angle mentioned above (7 on the clock) and press l1 r1 and x twice again. keep doing this over and over while making sure your aiming towards the pool.(this is called ULG which stands for under level glitch) after a few times doing this you should notice you skater getting further and further from the wall you cged keep doing this towards the pool and once over the pool you will fall under it on a skateable area. this glitch is complicated and does take awhile to do.
