Go to the GAs pipe and find the set of boards closets to the playground. now you will notice 2 boards that are seperated and have orange on the edges. slowly walk in the crack between these boards and you should fall under them.(notice you will get a "tan". now get back on your board and you can ride for a little ways under these boards.
