This glitch is pretty simple if done correctly. From the start spawn, turn left. You should be facing the stairs/ledge that leads down to the bowl type area. Note the billboard. That is key. You want to do a BRG/OBRG with a grab/grind coming off the qp on the ledge behind it and ragdoll towards the billboard to respawn on the billboard outside Venice. You can drop down and skate a fair amount of area, but you will hit random OBs and soft spots, so tread carefully.
