First place the stair piece down then right up against it place the big square warehouse building make sure both are placed up against the fence. now get on the warehouse and grind the roof towards the fence on the side that the Stairs are on. you should bounce off the fence and go thru the building and in between the building and the stairs. now go into walk mode and you can get in the building or under the stairs. once you get out of walk mode you will warp back on top of the pieces however.
