Glitch Database _ General _ Mini Skater & Roller Skate Mode In Cas.

First start a story mode or whatever and turn those cheats on. now save and then go to edit skater now go to design a deck and there will only be wheels there and also your CAS is still small. this will also happen if you go into the skate shop.
