w/ this glitch the only thing you can do is walk,shimmey,and graffiti tag. you can't grind or manual or do anything that involves your board.

First get on the edge of the water where you can't get on your board. now simply BGSCG towards the land the game thinks your still in the water so you can't get back on your board. to disable it simply go back in the water and try to get on your board then just leave the water and it should be back to normal.
