Glitch Database _ Los Angeles, from THPS3 _ On Destroyed Road Under Car Wash

First cause the earth quake then get under the car wash by either CGing or by ULCG. once under on the side w/ the broken road you can CG to get outside of the car wash reflection and onto an extra piece of the road.
