Version 1

First set up the HMG ( hawk man glitch) now simply press select to bring up rig and press start and retry goal . press triangle out of the hawk man goal thing and boom no pedestrians or cars or goal markers except the arcade ones.

Version 2

First do a goal that u dont have to press O for like ollie the certain distance or manual blah blah. now go and do the menu glitch. with the menu messed up retry the old goal and you should have no cars , peds or goals.
