Glitch Database _ The Capitol/City Center _ Under Ground By 2nd Stairset

Get to the 2nd stairset in the area where you do the "Nail the Stairset" goal. Now, get as close as you can to the small pillar with the light on it. now face the 1st stairset and hold down, then ollie, B, and Y. If you bail right, you will fall underground.
