First get on the cement statue thing in the Zen area. now get on the back of it near the fence and get on your board and ride towards the woods. you should fall behind the fence. you could also CG. Once there find your way to the non bouncy solid grassy hill and hold r1 and keep ollieing up it. you should jump over it and perhaps get stuck floating. just get off your board and you should land on the heaven.
