first set cust infront of this purple billboard ting or along the wall infront of the napster sign. once you set cust while in walk mode go over to the fan boost and get on it and press goto cust. now go back to the fan boost yet again and press goto again. now when your back at your restart point jump andd you should go flying into the air. now press forward just a little bit and when you land you should land on the sign.
