First get onto the ledge shown in the pic which is on the right side of the entryway to the fan/rave room. Now grind the edge and ollie off before you grind around the corner. now ride straight into the fence by the water and right before you hit it popshove it and you should go upaside down for a second. while upside down quickly go into walk mode and you should stay that way.
