Glitch Database _ New Orleans, Louisiana _ Another Stuck In Float

Shimmey the ledge shown in pic 1 then press up and jump to the right and if done right you will grab the inside edge of the slanted part of the rail. now you can shimmey thru the building and you can get stuck in a float if you try and jump just right.
