the other screen in downtown shows an ad for Filantrical. the add side effects say anal leakage.

The news ticker on one of the big screen reads "new anal disorder linked to effects caused by filantrical".

Sworn 64 is a sound designer for the game. these can be found in various levels. Although this one looks like a 69 to me.

find this sign in FDR and read it. it's rather funnt talking about how they will tow your car as soon as your around the corner and you will have to go to a dark place to get it back and pay a huge fee. and the the code at the bottom is S.O.L which I am sure most of us know what that means.
