Ok first off how do u make pictures opaque w/out pantshop pro?

and What is the text u use for sigs?

Paint shop pro owns you. if you know how to use it. it can do everything Photo Shop can do and some things better.

well plz teach me, cuz i have paintshop pro, but deleted photoshop. it was too complicated.
