Well as i was screwing around on photoshop last night with blurs and shit, i discovered a very simple time saving way to make a vector image. Normal vector images take about 400-500 layers and paths and about 1-2 hrs to make. This tutorial will show you how to make a vector image with only 2 layers and withing 2 seconds. Enjoy.

First, choose your image. I chose this image, (wrestling superstar & hardcore legend mankind)

Open the image in photoshop and click control + j to copy the layer.

Make sure the duplicated layer is selected and click on Filer > Blur > Smart Blur and be sure to use the settings in the screen shot below.

Click ok to apply the smart blur. As you can see, the image is a bit distorted and a little bit too vectored.

That will be no problem! Just change the opacity on the blurred image somewhere between either 48%-68% and boom, you have yourself a simple vector image.

BuMp. Also notice, if some of the original images aren't working, its because the site i got em from (psdprotocol) is down at the moment.

It looks OK but still not really "vectorized." I don't know where, but something somewhere should be increased or reduced because it's like halfway looking truly vectorized.

its gotta be the transparency. i made the transparency about 48% so i believe i should've made it around 68%.
