This is an easy glitch.
First go to an area where in front of you is pixelated. Set restart
Second, you need to have an object near that area.
Third, Hit the object, and quickly Goto Restart.
If you look closely, everytime you move up, the object will be frame by frame.
You can do this to people to freeze the frame you hit them at.
