Suburbia;
1.huge wall in back garden with 3 bowls, will need to caveman out of the bowl to reach it
2.on the roof of the house which has the secret disc in the classic goal
3.in the tree in the middle of the road; spine the planter

Skatepark:
4.above the telegraph wires
5.green awning roof
6.ledge/trees go through the elevator turn right its on the grass slope leading downwards

Main street:
7.Inside the coffee cup which is reached by ollieing of the pizza slice opposite
8.Park area, up above ontop of a red and blue wire, use the rail which goes from behind the pizza building to reach it
9.Spine transfer over the clock tower (indy over the clock tower in classic mode)
10.grind up the spiral on the roof of the pizza shop

City Park;
11.wallride outside factory wall
12.fountian/statue in dried blue pond
13.in the trees next to basketball court, move objects to get it

Hilltop;
14.inside the left bowl in the castle towers
15.roof of the park entrance

School:
16.secret area unlocked by grinding the piano keys from one side to the other.
17.sewer pipe, after you do the science project and it blows up to unlock the slums
18.water tower next to the skatepark, use the rail from the tallest building with the huge ramp to reach it.
19.on the roof where you do the school roof demo for Jason Lee.

capitol:
20.wooden suspended crate
21.huge wire/flag pole bit accessed by grinding the wire from the awning of the funpark from the hilltop.
22.ledge from stevie and dustins pro challenge, on the last goal ollie over the wall but just drop down to land on it.
23.roof of the capitol building on the glass roof parts

slums;
24.in the carpark outside the factory, will need to use the move objects icon nearby to reach it
25.shutter/garage under the old stairs opposite the NTT goal
26.in the suspended blue crate

factory;
27.use the large red rails to wall ride up to it (where the fire is situated in the classic goal)
28.right next to the hidden disc in the classic goal.
29.robots arm just ollie of the closest platform to grab it

fun park;
30.huge hand - water log
31.dragons mouth
32.the tunnel on the slide
33.sewer pipe near the pirate ship
34+35.2x pirate ships on the masts

training;
36. ontop of the fridge at the end of basics training

Thats good except for a few of those are wrong. and I don't believe theres a secret icon in training.

Wrong it's on the red things near the blue pool. not in it

If thats the one up near the huge Fun Park sign then thats considered the hilltop considering I only see 2 posted for the hilltop.

Wrong there is one on the wire where the wire from the huge fun park sign and the flag wires meet but none on the roof of the capitol.
26.in the suspended blue crate
Wrong. you have to open the garage door below the blue crate by grinding the liqour store letters then go thru the door to warp to the top of the factory smoke stack thing and get the secret up there.
and I swear there isn't one in training. I can't remember what one your missing but I will look later.

Does anyone have Item list's or gap lists for the PS2 version?

You don't need a gap list it's included i the game w/ short videos of how to get them. and I don't believe there's secret areas in the ps2 version.
