Yes, the crap-tastic RPG is coming to the PS3. Xflop fanboys can't use this title to say the 360 is better. With even BETTER graphics. This is a NEAR direct port of the game to the PS3. (I say near because there is 20 to 30 hours of content added, nothing more.) Bethesta's own Todd Howard said this is going to be the best Oblivion as of late.
Read it all in this month's OPM. I would scan it, but I don't have a scanner here. Lol.
First, what xbox fanboy would throw oblivion in a ps3 owners face if both versions are killed by the pc version? The same thing can be said for Unreal 2007, Timeshift, FEAR, etc.
Second, the graphics will still pale in comparison to the pc version.
Third, the better graphics thing is just new spell effects. The draw distance will be the same. The only improvement you may see is playing the game on HDMI.
The 20 - 30 extra hours of content is really just the downloadable shit thrown in from the start. There will be about 5 hours of stuff that will actually be exclusive until the winter downloads come out for pc and 360.
The game needs a keyboard and mouse anyway. Attacking and dragging things is too clumsy on a controller. And, being only able to use 8 spells at a time instead of however many you want to assign to keyboard keys fustrates me.
