Over here, a good friend of mine had a a bomb-making book. Stupid move on his part, but I know for a fact he wouldn't have done that, that kid just has WAYYYY too much free time on his hands. He got caught with another kid, and that kid had weed/a bong in his backpack. They released him in 5 days. The first kid is in a correctional facility for 3/4 of the summer and next school year. I still don't quite understand that. I always thought weed>books.
