cant i just plug a regular one up to my modem and play online? slims are more expensive, remember i only have 50 bucks, the only reason why i want one at the moment is for Tekken 5 and 6, and thp8 when it comes out, altho im gunna be online with thp8 on 360, i can still help glitch the ps2 version

If you wanna get one of the fat ones you'll probably have to see if any game stores have any used ones or hit up a pawn shop. They don't make the fatties anymore.

On the big PS2 you need a network adaptor, the slim one has it built in.

Im still using my fatty n I got it the first day Ps2 was released. This is the longest lasting system I've ever owned besides SNES cause my mom bought him is own. When your young n your brother has this thing for taking all your shit apart n trying to rebuild it with no clue on what he is doing you go through systems pretty quick.
