...holy shit...every time new info comes out about the ps3 i just want it so much more.

makes me sad knowing that i'll be waiting for a price drop while everyone else will have a ps3 =/

even if I had the money, I'd still wait for a price drop. I don't want to spend $600 on it, when i could wait a little, buy it for less, and have extra money left over for games and other stuff.

I heard something about...like if you get the $500 one, blu-ray movies that are released after 2011 wont work on the ps3 or something...hope that's not the case.

Just looked into it, since the cheap PS3 doesn't dome w/ an HDMI port, after 2011 you can't watch any new movies that come out. You can still watch the movies that come out before 2011 when 2011 comes around.

That's if companies put the ICT flag on movies, which they probably will. It won't stop you from watching movies, it'll just keep you from watching it in high definition, which is pointless if you don't have a HDTV.

when 2011 comes around won't we be awaiting the PS5 perhaps. or atleast a PS4. that is if the world doesn't end before then or the past time of video gaming doesn't fall.
