These are pretty simple.

NTGFB [Nail the grab force bail]
This is the simplest of the two, it's as simple as going into NTT mode and holding the left trigger in and not letting go, when you land you should bail.


WPFB [Wallplant force bail]

When doing a wallplant, as soon as your back foot loses contact with the wall quickly hit the NTT buttons, you shouldn't go into NTT mode, but as soon as you land you should bail the wallplant.
