Trip To La Part 3. The After Game. Options

After we were done playing the game we went into the next area of neversoft and had some lunch. while we were there Arto Saari and Rodney Mullen put on a mini demo for us. They were pretty sweet and nice people to talk to. After that I was driven out to santa monica infront of some fancy smancy hotel or something called the Huntley. From there I walked over to the parkway which is like 100 feet above the Beach. The beach front was huge and you could see the Santa Monica pier. (the one in the game w/ the roller coaster and ferris wheel and such). While walking thru the parkway to get down to the beach I notice that about 1 out of every 3rd or 4th tree or park bench had a bum sleeping under it. so I went down to the pier walked around a bit then went back up to where I was dropped off and went aimlessly walking around. there was a bunch of shops and people trying to get money from you and I decided to go into Hooters and get a bite to eat. Some pretty nice girls in there. I got a shirt. After that I decided to go back down to the pier. On the way there I notice some helicopters hovering above the parkway. I walk a little further and theres a bunch of cops standing around a dead guy sitting on a bench. Nver seen a dead guy just sitting around before so that was kinda weird. I went to the pier changed into some shorts and walked in the ocean for a bit. Also on the pier I saw a guy all painted silver and making funny noises and such. Kinda like the dude in THAW in Santa Monica. so after that I walked back up and they actually had the dead guy covered up and some tourist or something was taking a picture of him... Morbid. I then went back to the Huntley and decided to wait for my ride. As I am sitting there the vallet people are looking at me like get the fuck off our shit your making our establishment look bad. I had shorts and a demons and wixzards t shirt on and my back pack. So the cars pulling into the place are like mercedes, porches, bmw's lincolns, even a red conbertable ferrari. and here I am sitting on there ledge looking like a regular joe smoe. so after about 45 minutes (I was there early) a nice black lincoln stretch limo pulls up. the driver gets out and starts talking to the vallets... He's like I am meeting someone here to pick up. the vallets look around totally passing by me and there like I dunno. the drivers like what about the guy w/ the backpack. they just totally blew it off like ya right. so I grab my bag and walk up to him and he's like you Jason I was like ya. he's like this all you got go ahead put it in the car and go ahead and get in have a drink if you want. (the cab had alcoihol and shit in it). You should of seen the look on the vallets face it was hilarious. there like WTF? It was priceless. form there I was driven the scenic route to LAX. The Limo driver was really nice and not the least judgemental. so ya bums, a deadguy, judgemental vallets, a guy all in silver, and a limo. pretty sweet. the after game was almost more fun the going and playing the game itself.
