Ok well as most of you know I went to LA a couple weeks ago to play THPG at Neversoft. I have written up a 4 part piece on what I did and how the game was so be sure to check those out in the THPG section of the forums. Also there were Bungle and Dode from the CAR site and they have a write up on the event as well. To sum up THPG it's amazing and everyone should get it especially after I played the skate demo I would say THPG owns skate. Also this weekend is another Folding at Home weekend. I would like everyone who can to please run folding at home on there PS3's for our team #56391. You can also find more updates on THPG on sites such as PTH and other known press sites. so keep checking back for updates and also keep checking the official THPG site for updates as well. Have a good weekend.

question wiz...
for all those kids that are obsessed with realism and stuff, will they end up saying skate is better than THPG? or do you think PG is good enough to shut them up?

The people whom you speak of have all ready made up there mind that skate will be better w/ out giving THPG a chance. they believe that no matter what neversoft does it won't be real enough. My question is though how real is to real and how long will the realism stay fun? Thats why I like Tony game because you can skate anyway you want. especially w/ the sim mode. we shall see what happens.

I honestly think they should both get good reviews. skate because of it's realism and it's newness/ new direction at skateboarding games. However I don't think it will get good reviews on replayability and people will down the camera angle./ THPG I think will get better all around reviews except on graphics. I admit the skate graphiocs are amazing. But I think THPG will have more replay value and the create a modes will give it some extra points. both should get great reviews but my opinion is that THPG will be better.

Like i told Wiz the other day, you guys want realism, playTHPS3. I was just playing it the other day, you cant even land a shove it on flat ground. Or, if you want realism, play the game in a realistic state of mind. It is possible ja knoe.
