looks like you saved it at 4/12 quality, you should boost that slider up to 12 when saving as a jpeg...

Much better, the background gos good with it, another technique to make things look good is: Grayscale the image dont flatten if there is more you wanna edit, then revert back to RBG, compress the layers and press Cntrl+B to color the whole thing
