Here is a website on playstation.com that shows what is in the Playstation Store. I'm not sure but it could be possible that in the future they could have it for PSP owners to download PSP content on it instead of from the Playstation Store via the PS3. But if you don't own a PS3 here is what is in the Playstation Store.
