I loved the old style skins the site use to have and now they are just plain mainly because i know wiz dosnt have the time to spare being he is a busy man....so i was thinking, lets put this onto a no-so-busy man. I did a little redesign of the banner to check some things out and i have numerous ideas on what can/cant be done. i can also take feedback of what you users think should be on the homepage content wise and whatnot. Heres a look at that redesign i did of the banner:

That image right there took me maybe 5-10 mins. with more time, plaining out, and concentration, ill be able to get the bgoat homepage lookin sexi as hell. so, the vote is in your hands, (its basically up to wiz, but we can convince, em i rite?)

loos good. only comment I can make is that it would be cool to have different images for that banner. like w/ the other ones you did where there was 2 versions for each side. if you could do something that changed up the image on the left that would be cool. Also the green at the top seems somewhat choppy. or maybe thats the ay it is on the current home page. but you can't stop at just a banner though.

it doesn't need to be redesigned. but a different banner image and maybe some background images or soemthing may spice it up a bit.
as long as it's not overboard ya know. sometimes simple is good

i understand. but to a point simple gets too simple n boring. but no problem i can design some banners that switch on refresh n loads
