This is 99.999% confirmed to happen 11:00 am on Thanksgiving Day. I couldn't believe it either. It is some big promotion amazon is doing where people vote on ridiculously amazing deals and the 1 that wins goes on a sale at a scheduled time. Here is the site to vote (and proof):
