I am looking for someone to design a book cover (and possibly a corresponding back cover and spine as well). I want to see what people can do. We will talk and I'll tell you if I like it, or want to use it. If you actually feel like making something, I suggest it be taller than it is wide, and have it at a high to very high resolution incase of cropping, resizing etc. No limits or regulations, just go.
