I was thinking... why not have the general section the way it was in the old forums? Instead of haveing the sub-forums just have all the sections there like before. Just thought it would eliminate a step...

well it will make the forum itself longer. you can just click on the sub forum you want in general from the main forum page. cleaner and just as simple.
