wrong, Shaba isn't developing any version this time around! It's all neversoft. If anything it just wont look as pretty.

Neversoft is NOT doing every version of the game. Just to let you know. Although it doesn't appear that shaba is doing the older versions I wouldn't hold your breath.

Yeah you're right at 1:52 it kind of looks like they are showing create a park. Inside a warehouse or something. Yep thats definitely CAP. I also see a video playing on the back wall. Very interesting.

Im thinking that is the Crib for online like because i read somewere (i forget were) that in the crib you get to watch skate vids projected onto the wall and shit.

That is correct. it is your skate lounge. aka CAP. you can also do a lot of CAP type things in level as well don't forget. theres different um scenery's as well you can use in your skate lounge.
